FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

What if I've never trained before?

Our classes are designed for all experience levels, including beginners. We keep class numbers small so everyone can train safely and receive individual attention. All exercises can be modified to suit your abilities and comfort level. If it’s your first class, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to chat with your trainer about any questions, injuries, or concerns.

What do I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely, along with supportive athletic footwear. Footwear is not required for Yoga and Pilates classes. Bring a water bottle, we have a water tap available for refills. Towels are provided for your use.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children are welcome, but they must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to play on equipment or get in the way of other members during class. We love seeing children join in where appropriate, however this must always be under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian.

I have an injury, can I still train?

Absolutely. Our qualified coaches can adapt exercises to suit your individual needs and limitations. Please let your trainer know about any injuries before class, and always speak up if something feels uncomfortable during the session so we can adjust accordingly.

What if I can't make a class?

We encourage members to cancel as early as possible if they are unable to attend. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the class cannot be refunded or credited. There are no charges for ‘no-shows,’ but we appreciate members letting us know so that the spot can be made available to others.

Are there any contracts?

We operate under general terms and conditions, and all members are required to sign a liability waiver. Membership cancellations require a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice. Membership fees will continue to be charged during this notice period, and members retain full access to the studio throughout this time.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes. Members may place their membership on hold for up to 4 weeks per year. Hold weeks are provided as an annual allowance and cannot be carried over into the following membership year. Hold extensions may be considered for significant medical events.

Do you have showers?

Unfortunately, no.
