Strength training has never been more important for our long-term health. It helps us build muscle, strengthen bones, improve mobility, maintain independence, and continue doing the things we love for years to come.

As the owner of PWR FIT, my mission is to help people build strength, confidence, and resilience through training that is both effective and enjoyable. I love teaching classes that challenge people, make them laugh, and leave them feeling proud of what they've achieved.

My coaching style is encouraging, down-to-earth, and focused on long-term success. I want every person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, supported, and capable - regardless of their age, fitness level, or experience.

Exercise is a privilege and should be something you look forward to, not something you have to endure.

For the past 11 years, I've specialised in strength training and Pilates, and in the last 5 years, I’ve embraced nutrition coaching, helping clients not only get stronger but feel energised and thrive in their daily lives.

My approach is all about building sustainable habits that fit my clients’ lifestyles, so they can feel empowered and confident long-term. I’m passionate about taking a holistic view of health—balancing fitness, nutrition, and mindset to create lasting change.

Dancing my way through this existence, holding myself through the full spectrum of what it is to be a cyclical being, and learning to embody my wildest, most authentic, creative & sensual self. Hi, I’m Amelia - but everyone calls me Milly. I’m a qualified personal trainer and group fitness coach who delivers training that is challenging, empowering, and always supportive. I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at, while helping you build real strength, confidence, and resilience.

My own journey through injury, mental health challenges, and recovery shaped the way I coach today. I hold a certificate in pre- and post-natal and pelvic floor exercise, and I’m knowledgeable in training women through menopause, ensuring sessions are safe, effective, and tailored to your body.

At PWRFit, my goal is to create a space where women feel strong, capable, and supported - because progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
