If you want a customised meal plan! You can now add on this option, using our PWR FIT APP or contact Renee (your local nutritionist) ! You will get a meal plan, as well as shopping lists to help you stay on track with your nutrition during the 6 week period of the challenge (plus 3 months of app usage).

We recommend for the best results you commit yourself to 3-4 classes per week, follow the recommended nutrition advice, completion of your work book, ask lots of questions in the group chats/channels , and stay committed for the whole 6 weeks and the future weeks to come!
